**Reservations are FREE!
But if you are interested in a particular breeding, putting a deposit down of $100 (nonrefundable, but will go toward the purchase price), will place you ahead of free reservations, and you will be notified First of available kids.
If a kid is offered available, it will only be held for that home, if half the total price (or amount agreed upon) is paid by *Non-refundable down payment. The kid MUST be paid in full BEFORE leaving the farm.
The Breeder reserves the right to retain or offer for sale any Buckling, Doeling, or Wether. The Breeder also reserves the right to change their mind on the sale of a kid or adult goat prior to the final sale, pick up, or sending on transport. (In this particular case a refund will be issued.)
Kids will come with registration papers or applications from ADGA unless otherwise specified. Wethers do NOT come with registration papers/application.
-All kids not born polled will be disbudded shortly after birth, as we are a show herd. NO exceptions. Some may end up with scurs as they grow, this happens as it is not a perfect procedure.
-All kid/adult goats will be picked up within 2 weeks of the mutually agreed upon time. If a kid/adult goat remains past the 2 weeks there will be a $5 per day boarding fee. If the kid/adult goat has not been picked up after a month past the original agreed-upon date, the sale will be considered forfeited, and any fees paid nonrefundable.
-All Shipping costs (Transportation, health certifications, extra testing requested, crates, etc.) are the buyer’s responsibility. If a kid/goat is to travel to a state other than Nebraska, buyer should have a health certificate from a Licensed Veterinarian before crossing state lines with the animal. (Seller is happy to assist in obtaining this, but needs to know this in advance and PRIOR to you picking up your kid/goat.)
-If there is found to be any kind of genetic defect the seller will refund the price of the goat or replace it with another goat of equal or greater quality, at seller’s discretion.
*NON-REFUNDABLE down payment means: down payment will not be returned because you decided against this kid/goat, the spouse unexpectedly said, "no", or you just figured out how many goats you really have, etc.... Said deposit will be returned in the case that the agreed upon goat had a genetic flaw found after deposit received, upon the death of goat prior to leaving Branson Ridge/Waterfall Creek Farm, or the Seller decides not to proceed with transaction for the health or safety of the kid/goat in question.
